Of all the bronze alloys used for cymbal making, B20 bronze has the highest contingent of tin which makes it very soft and flexible. Cymbals made from B20 bronze sound very dark and musical. They blend in perfectly with the music and have a smooth feel when hit. Of all the cymbal alloys, B20 is more complementary than other cymbal alloys to many styles of music and is generally considered the finest material for making cymbals.
