Shipping & Delivery
If your order total is over $149, it ships for free!
All other orders will receive our low shipping rates with FedEx or USPS and your shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the package(s) and distance from our shipping warehouse.
Find out exactly what the shipping costs will be by placing items in the shopping cart. To place the item in your cart, click the "Add to Cart " button.
Once you are viewing your shopping cart, a "zip code" textbox appears allowing you to enter your zip code and calculate shipping rates for the items you are considering.
Each order's shipping price varies depending on quantity, weight and destination. Shipping estimates are from the time FedEx or the Postal Service receives your package. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except weekends and holidays). International orders take some time to arrive so please be patient.
If you need your order expedited or if you have questions about the cost of shipping, call us or use the online chat to discuss options.
In most cases, a FREE SHIPPING item will be delivered via FedEx Ground (or FedEx Home Delivery if applicable). However, we may occasionally choose to ship an item via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx SmartPost if it makes more sense.

Enjoy free shipping on most orders over $149 for a limited time! This offer applies to Ground Service to the contiguos United States only. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico do not apply. Premium Shipping options such as Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day do not apply.
To review shipping options (including free shipping), add your item(s) to the cart and use the Calculate Shipping option or proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address (you will see the shipping total before entering payment information).

International Orders
We ship worldwide! At this time, orders must be made by contacting our international orders manager. Please complete our international order form and we'll get right back to you with a shipping quote. All international orders must be paid via PayPal.
Payment Options
We accept the following U.S.-issued major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit or ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.
PayPal Express Checkout is also available online. Select this option at the shopping cart page to use your PayPal account to securely pay for your online order. See more information about PayPal Express Checkout.
We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks (subject to restrictions). Online orders can be placed using the ' Check / Money Order' option and an email with the mailing address and instructions will be sent to you. Items purchased with this option will be shipped after the funds are received, deposited and cleared.
You may contact us to place an order by phone or with a Purchase Order Number. We do not accept cash or COD at this time.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are accepted for online orders. See more information on our gift certificates.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Texas and New Jersey.
Order and Shipment Confirmations
All available shipping rates are displayed before you submit an order (note: orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges). You can always change your shipping method during checkout and the new rates will be displayed.
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations. First, we will send an order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering. Later, when your order ships, we will send a ship confirmation email with tracking information.
Satisfaction Promise
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from our website, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date to receive refund. Please review the Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy below for instructions on how to return items by mail. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice and must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Returns
All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for shipments that are refused at time of delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items shipped to APO/FPO locations.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
Clearance products (including new, refurbished, b stock, and open box items) purchased from the Clearance section of our website cannot be returned. Microphones, drum sticks, and drum heads cannot be returned. Cymbals can only be returned if not used in any way (we will not accept cymbals with fingerprints or any signs of use).
To return a product you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will then email instructions to you, including the mailing address and shipping procedures and recommendations. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. Please do NOT return items to the address listed on your original packing slip or box unless specifically instructed to do so. We ship from multiple locations and the item may or may not need to be returned to the same location from which it was shipped. Our support personnel will provide you with the correct return address.
To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund. Shipping and insurance charges may not be refunded.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card. Credits are issued only after receipt and inspection of returned goods. This can take up to 4 business days after the return is received at our warehouse. We will issue a credit for all qualifying returned items of up to the full purchase price of the item minus the restocking fee.
All returns must be shipped prepaid. Shipping charges will be refunded for defective/damaged merchandise only.
We recommend you use a major carrier such as FedEx or UPS when returning merchandise and obtain a tracking number. Products returned without proof of delivery may result in forfeiture of your refund.
Tax-Exempt
If you are a tax-exempt customer in the state of Texas or New Jersey, please contact us to pre-qualify. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for future purchases.
