The LP Matador series has acquired a deserved reputation for sonic excellence at a competitive price. LP Matador Bongos are widely known as the working musician's bongos. With the advent of the new M301 LP Matador Custom Bongos, we've upped the ante.

These new LP Matador Custom Wood Bongos are anchored with high strength steel bottoms for stability and black hardware. Check out the new ribbed shell design: It's a distinctive look that enhances shell strength. The shells, incidentally, are constructed from our proven kiln dried Siam oak, and topped with hand selected traditional size 7-1/4" and 8-5/8" rawhide heads. It's a winning combination - a bongo that projects a range of crisp highs, lower mid frequencies and looks fantastic!
